SHELTER -
Housing, many times
in the homes of foundation members, is provided to those who need it.
Free or low-cost housing is a priority focus of the foundation.
NOURISHMENT -
The foundation prepares and serves over 36,000 meals each year, with about 20 per cent
served free to people who might otherwise not eat.
ACCESS -
Foundation members help the needy secure employment, medical and dental treatment, legal
aid, counseling and guidance.
A PLACE TO GIVE -
During the course of a year, more than 500 individuals perform their court-mandated
community service with Trinity Foundation supervision. Others have been paroled into
the foundation's care. These individuals forge positive relationships (sometimes their
first) with Trinity members.
EDUCATION -
Trinity members conduct a home school (K-8). They also teach adult education courses
including classes in English as a second language.
INVESTIGATIONS -
The foundation has become internationally known for its investigative work in exposing
the fraud of many nationally known televangelists. Foundation archives are a major
resource for national and international media who report on the activities of
unscrupulous ministries. Recently, the foundation has expanded the scope of
its investigations to include fraud committed in the public arena as well.
PUBLISHING -
The Wittenburg Door (named after Martin Luther's Wittenberg door) bills itself as "The
World's Pretty Much Only Religious Satire Magazine" and is published bi-monthly.
Subscribers (most of whom are pastors, ministers and theology students) pay about half
the publishing costs. The magazine is complemented on the worldwide web by its
volunteer-built and maintained site at:
WittenburgDoor.com.
